I have a bachelor's of science degree in management with a focus on MIS technology use... including Systems Analysis and Design as well as Expert Systems. I am currently working in a support role for a diverse group of customers in a research environment.

  • Workstation OS:
    Windows (3.x, 95 and NT), MacOS, DOS, and some Unix

    Network Technology:
    TCP/IP, IPX, NetBEUI, Novell, and AppleTalk, PCNFS, Physical Level Network installation/maintenance/admin, and Limited Web Admin

    Hardware:
    Extensive PC hardware troubleshooting experience as well as experience with Macintosh systems and various printers. Limited experience with PC and Mac Video capture and editing sytems. Experience with Configuration Management and standards implementation as well as change control

    Certifications:
    Certified Software Manager certificate received from Software Publisher's Association

    Other Areas of Expertise:
    Small Office Network integration, Computer aided multimedia editing and production, MIDI, Limited Courseware Authoring experience, Desktop Publishing and Desktop/Digital Prepress
